In the Berlin neighborhood "Onkel Tom's Hute" we watched these social housing for workers, built in 1924. and now renovated. The trees had grown above the building and gave nice shadows.
Dearest Marianne, This housing project 'Onkel Tom's Hütte' is as old as my Mom and it looks amazing for that age! Obviously great renovation being done. Certainly more luxurious than just Uncle Tom's Cabin... Hugs, Mariette
