Signs, signs

With all the different languages in Europe I was glad with the english translation.

It was a warning at the aquarium building in Copenhagen which was surrounded by water.

  1. What a great way to warn people. Much better than 'Keep Off'

  2. Yep, I got the message and nice sign. Different from most that just say "Keep off, Keep Out, NO SWIMMING, etc. H-m-m-m, are we going inside the aquarium?

  4. I think a drawing of a shark attack "Jaws" would a better warning symbol.

  5. I have never come across that sign before - it is slightly confusing, it looks like someone falling from a great height.

  7. If they didn't have the translation for the sign, I would have thought that it meant "you could jump in" lol.

  8. I agree that it is confusing. Maybe it means if you fall, don't get up.

  9. Ik heb ooit een tijdje Zweeds gestudeerd, Deens lijkt daar erg op hoewel de uitspraak wel heel anders is. Spreken kan ik het niet, lezen wel. :)

  11. Dearest Marianne,
Such a sign is speaking volumes even without understanding the wording.
Had to visit backwards as we did go away to Atlanta for 2 days so I did not visit any blogs but with another blogger instead.
    Hugs,
    Mariette
