Hats
At the Coda museum was also a little hats exhibition with remarkable pieces. Who doesn't want a macaron on her head?
Or a bread with a fried egg?
There were many more specials.

Art work
Can you guess what this art work is made of?
Any idea?
Just ordinary clothes pegs! Maybe an idea for a rainy Sunday? Seen in the Coda Museum in Apeldoorn.

Paper Art
In the "Coda Museum" in Apeldoorn I saw a magnificent exhibition about paper art. Everything you see in this exhibit is made of paper and 36 artists from the Netherlands and abroad show their work of paper and cardboard.
George and the dragon
Looks like you can just ride away with it.
A detail, all cardboard.
A ring cut out of a book.
It is incredible how precisely and with patience the artist made these filigree work.
Looks like a patchwork blanket.
But all made of little rolled up pieces of paper.
That birdie looks so real.
All those feathers are made of paper.

Library art
In the CODA Museum in Apeldoorn this piece of art made of public library books hurts my feelings a bit. As a former librarian I always told people to be careful with the books, not to lay down them with the pages open, because they still had a long way to go. And here they are all smashed together to a globe....

Coda Paper Art 2013
In the CODA Museum in Apeldoorn is a great exhibition of paper art. It is amazing to see how artists are inspired by paper and make some stunning pieces by folding or cutting.
This one is all made of playing cards.
Here a detail.
A bird cut out of old maps.
