The Vondel parc in Amsterdam is a green hart in the city, like Central parc in New York.
With the sunny weekend everybody was enjoying, chilling in the grass, as you see in my header, it looked like a pop-festival. Children were playing on these big letters which is a slogan to promote Amsterdam.
Everyone looks happy to see the sun after winter.

I spent quite some time here looking at all your prachtige fotos !! And reading your commentary. Beautiful - leaves me feeling nostalgic. I fondly remember walking in Vondelparc back in 1972, and my wife and I spent 3 lovely weeks in Nederland in 2008 (her first time !).
