Herford buildings

 When you travel in Europe you will see that each country you pass has its own way of building houses. These are typical German half-timbered houses. We have them too in the south part of our country near the border with Germany

I like such coloured houses, must be great to live in the stock with the oriel window.

Look at this beautiful facade with gold above. I only don't know what the english telephone kiosk had to do here.

  1. Hallo, ik zag je naam bij Genie,hij zag er beslist Nederlands uit.:)) Wat een mooie foto's, ik dacht even dat ze in Engeland gemaakt waren. Ik hou van deze bouwstijl en heb er daar massa's van gemaakt.

  4. Interesting architecture,in the last image the centre facade looks quite Dutch.

    About no photos rulings,I think it often has to do with finance.The only way we can view images is by buying their literature!
