A sunny flower today because the sun shines after a few rainy days. This artwork is made by"Yayoi Kusama" an avant-garde sculptor and painter and is called "Flowers that bloom tomorrow". It is exposed at the "ArtZuid" exposition in Amsterdam which I have showed before.
Yayoi Kusama is from Japan and famous for her polka dot art, in the sixties she painted them on the skin of naked people, but now she makes mostly museal art.

  2. I love, love, love this piece (and would like to see it in my backyard!)

I think that it is a combination of the colors and the dots that attracts me.

  3. I really like all those colors and the polka dots! Very whimsical.

  4. ha, very artificial for a natural object.
thanks so much for the research, bieb. Hope you are well!
