I noticed this one in Amsterdam, have no idea why and what. Probably an outing of expression of someone who lives here. The graffiti over the image is heartless and respectless I think.

It is an interesting placement. I have spoken to many muralists, and the tagging is the highest form of disrespect, and is frowned upon by everyone. Sadly, as some of the artists have told me, the egos of lesser artists just can't cope.
I find it very sad that someone would deface a piece of artwork. Their life must be so lacking in love that they have to do these things to get noticed.
