Weekend Reflections

In the sculpture garden of Nijenhuis Castle this big globe of stainless steel is made by Ronald A. Westerhuis.
In the art the globe mostly symbolizes the world and in this case the globe reflects the world as well.

In the big hollow part you see yourself upside down.

And in the smaller round parts you see yourself from a distance.

  2. Well..that's fun! Chicago has a large stainless "bean" in Milinuim Park that you can walk under and see yourself.
