I am thinking about how wonderfully talented the artists are to do any of this, each with their own styles. I am really impressed with the detail in the painting of Mr. Hemingway and the young boy/girl Tona. Very nice find Marianne and you thrill us once again with something different. Have a wonderful day.
the boy is cute and i like the hiding hemingway!
I think the graffiti adds to it. Hope rising out of poverty, perhaps? Depends on what the original images under the graffiti were meant to represent, I guess, Looks like some others are hiding.
Looks like a public mural where anyone can make their own contribution. Unfortunately for most their talents are limited to tagging.
That boarded up area looks made for graffiti artists to take over. It is a shame that most of it is simply tagging.
Yes , I think the graffiti covers things up. I'm not a fan of graffiti. I don't get it. One does have to keep an open mind and look at things.
Goed dat je er 'doorheen' keek, mooie schildering!
Interesting--Is the mural part of the graffiti or what. Someone is a good artist and others are not. MB
hahahha, thats funny!i like those little drawings and stencils, but the tagging is so ugly!
Nice under the tagging, pity the tagers dont have much to contribute
Would love to see what the original mural looked like hey Marianne, I like that Ernest Hemingway was obliterated, maybe the tagger was a fan :)
It is different. It looks like it is on a door. Glad it wasn't my door.
I like the Tona paste-up!
Indeed that is quite a variety of images on that "mural."
