The scene just became more interesting after I read your explanation that the stadium is in the shape of an upside down ship.
wat mooi die uitkijktoren en dat viking ship is prachtig.
Beautiful blue skies, and I love your clouds. Great header photo also.
A grand structure! It must be a great view from up there.
I like viewing buildings from above you get quite a different perspective.
beautiful & idyllic scenery. how nice there is a watchtower to climb to aid taking it all in.
I would not have "seen" the hull of a boat had you not mentioned it. Neat idea.
I had to look twice..interesting architecture .
Watch tower would be cool as you get to see so much more when you're above the stuff that blocks the view. what a beautiful arena. It sure beats what I skate in.
It's a great place. The skatingstadium was built for the OG in 1994.I think I'll try to remember my camera, next time.Have a great day.Mormorhttp://www.starbear.no/mormor/2013/08/30/a-se-pa-himmelen/
Dearest Marianne,Great photo against a lovely deep blue sky!Happy weekend.Mariette
I'd love to visit that arena.
im curious what the inside looks like.thanks for the tip for my bike, i will certainly check... but im afraid it was really stolen as other bikes were still standing there.. :( but you never know!!
Your skies are very much like mine Marianne..beautifully blue with white puffy clouds :)
What a beautiful sky and so neat to see . The people of Newfoundland used to live in hillside domes that looked like the upside down of a ship on top - some of the early settlers and I have also seen these in Northern England, up around Newcastle/Scotland - on a much smaller scale of course. I love the watch tower. Doesn't everybody love to stand atop and look over n out :)
Ik hou wel van moderne architectuur.Groetjes,Filip
