Windows

In the cafe of the former sugar factory in Groningen this ship brigthened up the window.

And here a dirty window in the same factory where Renate and  Dirrianne expressed their love.

  3. Weet je waarom er boten worden omhoog gehangen in huizen en kerken? Omdat men de zeelui wil beschermen tegen zware stormen zodat ze altijd veilig thuis komen.

    Groetjes,

  5. Dearest Marianne,
Quite some contrasting windows... The top one is lovely but the lower one is certainly not but it still functions for sealing the rain and some cold out.
    Happy Sunday!
    Hugs,
    Mariette

  6. I love window art, whether its the glass itself, something very attractive hanging there or just two hearts expressing their love. I remember My Dad when he was 67 drawing a heart on the "MacDonalds" window restaurant and he put Mom's and his initials inside it. We thought that was so cute and loved the fact that at the age of 67, he expressed that love :)
