As we have two Christmas days in the Netherlands a pretty picture of Dam square in the festive lights. With the carriage and horse you can have a ride through the busy traffic in Amsterdam.
Dearest Marianne, Lovely sight and I laughed when I read 'Kalverstraat', sounds like you're right there again. Those horses have to wear their bag of course for catching any horse droppings... but still a very pleasant thing to do. Enjoy this last weekend of 2014. Hugs, Mariette
