Rolling Kitchens (2)

The "Rolling Kitchens" is one of the  nicest annually events in Amsterdam. In the Westerpark you can find in the open air all kind of foods prepared from kitchens on wheels from trucks and caravans to bicyles.

The weather was a bit chilly but with the sun shining nobody bothers to eat outside.

Children were having fun.

And adults too.

There was music.

Don't know what he was doing up there, chilling perhaps?

He was also high up in heaven to bake "Heavenly Poffertjes" a dutch treat, a kind of little pancakes.

  17. Lots of fun! We also had food trucks in Perth last weekend, but it rained so much,I don't think many people would have gone there.

  18. Isn't it great to get out of doors in the spring and attend a lovely rolling kitchen such as this. Its getting warmer in the Maritimes and trees are budding. Great Photos as you captured all the action, eh.
