At the Museum square in Amsterdam we attended a magical performance with laser lights. Daan Roosegaarde of Studio Roosegaarde developed this mysterious sea of flooding blue laser lights.
When it got darker we could see them flooding like water over our heads. The artwork is about the Dutch battle against the water and the vulnerability of our country to the rising sea level.
It was magical to stand their with all the people and to see the blue sea flooding over our heads.

Fascinating! I'm wondering how the misting effect was created.

BeantwoordenVerwijderenDearest Marianne,
BeantwoordenVerwijderenThat was magical and realistic looking indeed. Happy to see that the weather did also cooperate for making this show possible.
