Today my thoughts go out to our southern neighbours, the Belgians. The terrible terrorist attacks in Brussels yesterday controlled our day and left us defeated by all the images and stories showed on the televison. Such hate to innocent people because of a religion, I will never understand that.
Uma bela escultura.
BeantwoordenVerwijderenUm abraço e uma Feliz e Santa Páscoa.
Make no mistake, the world is at war. We need another Churchill.
BeantwoordenVerwijderenFanaticism is impossible to understand Marianne, not to normal, rational people! Tragic.
BeantwoordenVerwijderenSome things can just never be understood...
BeantwoordenVerwijderenDifficult to understand all that hatred! Another sad day for Belgium and the whole world!
BeantwoordenVerwijderenDisrupting our lives around the world is their goal. It is very hard to imagine why people would want to cause so much trouble for others, and killing others is beyond any imagination.
BeantwoordenVerwijderenThank you for your compassion, yes it is terrible although I live 15 km from the center !
BeantwoordenVerwijderenI was so saddened to hear this news yesterday. I don't care how anyone worships - to each their own, but to out-rightly and cowardly kill innocent people in name of religion - how dare they! I think about the injuries and loss of lives in a brutal fashion and I am greatly saddened for those left behind. A very sad day for Belgians, a very sad day for the world.
BeantwoordenVerwijderenA fitting image for the day.
BeantwoordenVerwijderenSuch a sad, terrible tragedy! So hard to understand why these terrorists do this. Praying for the families!
BeantwoordenVerwijderenJa, sprakeloos.
BeantwoordenVerwijderenNOT because of a religion. Because of ignorance and hate.
BeantwoordenVerwijderenMore and more I understand or don't need to understand religion. So happy I don't follow the Judaism, Christianity, or Islam.
BeantwoordenVerwijderenCoffee is on
It's truly a catastrophic situation. It's much more than religion.History has a place..
BeantwoordenVerwijderenIt's unthinkable that it has happened again and my heart goes out to all the families affected by this insanity.
BeantwoordenVerwijderenOn a happier note, my daughter is in Amsterdam this week!
It sure is hard to understand their reasoning.
BeantwoordenVerwijderenDearest Marianne,
BeantwoordenVerwijderenNo, this has nothing to do with religion as such but with plain terrorism! Why should the world remain political correct any longer?!
We certainly are at war and for far longer than the leftist media wants to admit... It's time for the world to wake up and come together! Let's pray that we will all survive this threat.
Hugs,
Mariette
