Punk Kid

On the jacket of the punk kid the text seems to be Johnny Romer, but it is concealed by the folds, as the name is Johnny Rotten of the British punk band The Sex Pistols during  the seventies.

It is painted on the wall near a playground at the Lepel-square in Amsterdam.

  4. This mural dominates the neighborhood adding a touch of art. Looks like the lower level has been covered by taggers. That is too bad.

  6. It's a brilliant mural Marianne, I agree with the others such as shame about the taggers.. that would make me furious if I had done all that work and someone came along and did that ☺

  7. It is huge. You'd think taggers would leave it alone.

  13. He looks like he's wearing his big brother's jacket. A large scale mural that still looks intimate. Thanks for contributing to this week's Monday Mural.
