I noticed this car along a canal in Amsterdam with a quote on its backwindow. Probably the car belongs to a publisher because the text: "Reading in Hendrik Groen is laughing and crying at the same time" refers to a dutch book written by "Hendrik Groen".
The book is about an old man who describes his life in an eldery home in Amsterdam. For two years the writer "Hendrik Groen" was an unkown mystery for everyone as he didn't want to make himself known. Since a year his identity has been revealed, it is Peter de Smet, a 61 years old man living in Amsterdam who used to work for a conservatory and never has written a book before.
