I think the owner of this house in Amsterdam was so fed up with the graffiti on his wall, he attached an iron netting and made a facade garden with flower plants. I hope it will stop the mess.
I hate it when people, usually young males who have nothing better to do, deface a person's property. I think the owner has come up with an interesting deterrent to stop it, I hope it works.
