Berenice Abbott

Berenice Abbott was an American photographer born in 1898 in Springfield and died in 1991. She was known of her black and white photos of New York in the thirties.

  1. I had never herd of Berenice Abbott until I read your post today. I did a internet search and found out that she had published a number of books. Now am really interested. Thank you for sharing.

  3. She looks like a very attractive and smart women, and what a great age she lived to be.

  4. I would love to see this exhibit. I have one of her books, Changing New York and it's one of my favorites.
