Magical

We had a walk in Amsterdam yesterday. The weather was beautiful and the sun gave the city a magical light like this photo. It came right out of my camera, didn't edit anything. It was the end of the afternoon and when we came out of the public library we were stunned by the strange light that surrounded us. The tower is a lift-shaft for the conservatory I suppose and the green building behind is the sience-center "Nemo".

It was like someone had put a spotlight at some buildings. This is a hotel near the Central Station.

  1. That looks like a giant snail on the building roof. Makes me think of a 50's sci-fi movie.

  7. Beautiful photos! The light is unexpected. Sometimes late rays of the suns come on our golden trees and make the garden look that way.
