Hadn't seen this before a yellow Watercab in Amsterdam, didn't even know it excisted. It is accommodating up to eight passengers and brings you from A to B. This is the VIP version, they even have a mini bar on board!
I looked at your picture and it reminded me of something – I was not sure what, then I remembered – there are water taxis in Venice too, that is where I saw them. There is also a lot of water traffic on the canals, and too many tourists, but it is still fun to watch.
