Excellent mages Marianne, the last one is a beauty.. so interesting to see the buildings along the canal.. I hope the sailors made it to shore before the rain :)
I'd go out in a boat in that weather, too. I hope the current unpleasant weather is not a sign of a hard winter approaching!!
They seem to be enjoying themselves. I guess there is no life jacket rule?
No it is a canal without waves and always two sides close by. Only little children wear one.
Great captures of the canals and boats. The first boat looks crowded.. Have a happy Sunday!
I think I like that last boat the best.
I suppose the canals are the best way of getting around Amsterdam. I don't mind the rain so much but this drop in temperature is a bit much in August.
oh, ik heb ook nog een prachtige grachten foto van vorig jaar in Leidenzoek nog altijd een manier om het in verband te brengen met Belgie zodat ik het kan posten....
Olga and the natural wood-colored boats are lovely to look at.Is it the wind that makes it risky to sail in the canals?Peace :)
I think this is such an unusual and fun way to experience a city. I remember taking a ride and it was fabulous.Hope you are well Bieb!
The tour boats remind me of the ones we have here for the same purpose.
Dearest Marianne,It sounds and looks like your incredible, warm and early spring with great summer is coming to a halt... Hope the sunshine will come back to warm up the country!Hugs and happy new week.Mariette
I really love your lovely canals !
It looks like the clouds are trying to compete with the lovely scenery.
Leuk met z'n allen in een bootje
this weekend? not fun if it starts to rain! when will it stop? or is summer really over now! :(
