Where to go?

A rather overdose of signs.

The causes are the constructionworks at an expansion of the highway at the left. The bicycle path we use is at the right along the trees. Where I stand is a messy sand path which used to be a bicycle path too.
Many trees stood at the left where now the sand is, they are all cut down.

  1. Now THAT could be confusing, especially to a visitor.

  2. A familiar sight with us, too. The landscape is not very beautiful.
You just have to hope that some brands will disappear and traffic is flowing.
While there is always a shame when the trees are harvested.

  4. I really dislike all the signs popping up along the highways. It's such a distraction.

  5. I would say go with the name with the "Haven" in it; irrespective of whether one is riding a bicycle or not :)
    Peace :)

  6. Dearest Marianne,
It always aches my heart when I see trees being cut down... Sad sight!
Such road construction can take forever till things are cleaned up and working smooth again.
    Hugs,

  7. Oh so it's not only happening here in Perth Marianne, so sad when they cut beautiful old trees down, you would think they could incorporate them into future plans!

  12. It seems like everywhere more roads are being built, taking away miles of natural beauty. Now the bicyclists will have a nice view of traffic instead if trees!
