Harvest Feast

I start the week with this laughing sheep yesterday at the harvest feast at "het Eksternest" (Magpie nest) in Almere Haven.

Aren't they sweet posing?

The carded wool is hand spun into yarn.

And sold.

How about this dress?

  4. Well that's what you call following the process from start to finish Marianne 😊 I've always loved the way sheep look, that's why I can't eat them, and considering sheep farming is so big in Australia, that is a wee bit odd 😀

  12. Those sheep serve so many purposes and the wool seems to be used well. Envy those talented women who make good use of the wool and yarn.
