Those are very big dogs. We see the same thing here, more and more dogs, but mostly they are very well-behaved. We even saw someone with a cat on a leash out for a walk a few weeks ago! I think most cars prefer to stay home however.
I love dogs but don't have any currently. When walking down by the water, you always see dogs walking with their owners and having fun. They are such beautiful creatures and bring lots of joy in to your life.
