I don't see so much murals anymore in the streets lately but yesterday I spotted one in the city of Arnhem. It is painted on the wall of a jewellery shop but have no further information what it is about.
I think it just cheers up the white wall with this woman with flowers in her hair.

The mural adds a great splash of colour to the otherwise bare wall.
BeantwoordenVerwijderenCertainly this will attract attention!
BeantwoordenVerwijderenThank you for the plant name translations, interestingly bramble is a Scottish word,in England it's called blackberry. I've noticed that many northern european words are closer to scots than english.
Best wishes,
Ruby
It is an attractive mural.
BeantwoordenVerwijderenShe seems top have run through a garden and taken half the flowers with her flowing hair!
BeantwoordenVerwijderenOh, this is quite lovely and very well done - would be neat to meet one of these wall artists and actually watch them create these wonderful murals.
BeantwoordenVerwijderenI like it too! Very appropriate for the shop, I think. And it's wonderful how the flowers' colors pop out against the monochrome figure.
BeantwoordenVerwijderenHave to really study it and then it grows on you.
BeantwoordenVerwijderenI think its perfect for where it is Marianne, and look you got some super reflections in the window also!
BeantwoordenVerwijderenWhen I first looked at the mural I wondered about it's background. It looks African. It's very colorful and lively.
BeantwoordenVerwijderenHeel bijzonder, erg mooi.
BeantwoordenVerwijderenNicely done. For some reason I thought it might be on a hairdresser's wall.
BeantwoordenVerwijderenA charming design that adds to the streetscape. Good capture on your part. The flowers seems like something you'd find in a dream. Thanks for contributing to this week's Monday Mural.
BeantwoordenVerwijderenhoop dat bij jullie de zon even hard schijnt als bij ons !
