Food Market

Smoked garlic, I had never seen this before.  In France the fresh garlic is smoked for ages to prevent it from wither. This string of garlic you can keep a year without the cloves of garlic wither.

The wellknown French cook from television program "Masterchef Holland" "Alain Caron" gave some cooking classes and presented his cookbook.

Some sausages for sale and where they come from.

  1. I love these markets and did you get one of those "Chef Caron's" books. I have never heard of him, however; I am sure he must have a fabulous career. Food tasters look yummy :)
