This wall I saw in Dublin Ireland at a visit in 2014.
Sorry I have no further information but I think it is pretty enough to have a look at.

I am a bit strolling through old pictures, this one is from 2014 in Dublin Ireland. At the National Library this fence with photo was placed around the facade as there were works in progress going on. The photo fitted so well with the reality, as if you could see the people walking around.
So much better than looking at an ugly orange or blue construction sail.
