I hadn't recognized that this was inspired by a french painting too, "the Luncheon" by Pierre-Auguste Renoir. Just as last week's mural I posted. Thanks to blogger "Halcyon".

I see life is treating you well. I enjoyed looking at the lively murals, and am happy you posted an illustration of "The Luncheon." I used to work across the Seine river from the restaurant where Renoir painted that scene. In fact, I had lunch on that very terrace on a regular basis.
