A white fence in the complete white Bagsvaerd Church in Copenhagen designed in 1968 by Danish architect "Jorn Utzon" ( 1918-2008) most notable for designing the Sydney Opera House in Australia.
It is considered to be a masterpiece of contemporary church architecture, thanks to its naturaly illuminated interior and its ceiling straddled with softly-rounded vaulting.
Even the ship was white.
From the outside it didn't quite looked like a traditional church.

The white fence reminds me of lace. The church looks so pristine in white.
BeantwoordenVerwijderena unique structure, but i like the design, too!
BeantwoordenVerwijderenAttending a service there would be quite an experience!!
BeantwoordenVerwijderenIt really doesn't looks any traditional church, not inside and outside. But it's very beautiful and tranquil feel. I like the white color here.
BeantwoordenVerwijderenNothing church-like here. Seems kind of cold and uninviting.
BeantwoordenVerwijderenVery modern, and it feels very light in there.
BeantwoordenVerwijderenVan buiten spreekt het me iets minder aan, maar van binnen is het echt prachtig!
BeantwoordenVerwijderenThat has to be one of the most unusual and different churches I've ever seen. It's cool looking but a bit to "modern" for my taste.
BeantwoordenVerwijderenI don't think I would feel inspired in the church. It seems so cold and white.
BeantwoordenVerwijderenVery unusual and very stark white. Interesting.
BeantwoordenVerwijderenI like this church. Why does a church have to be a traditional style ?
BeantwoordenVerwijderenAlthough. I personally do favor a traditional design of a church....this one is certainly light and bright.
BeantwoordenVerwijderenI love the church! It's not the building it's the people inside the building.
