In the centre of the Sunflower labyrinth of yesterdays post was a little exhibition of paintings made by artists in the "spirit" of Vincent Van Gogh. It was very funny to see all the interpretations of his paintings. Look at Vincent with an I-phone and the bottle of Bokma Jenever on his table.
I also liked this modern version of his famous "Potato Eaters" a family sitting at the table with a deep plate with salted potatochips.
This is the original one.
And a family photographed with a plate of French fries.

BeantwoordenVerwijderenOh this must have been fun!
BeantwoordenVerwijderenThese are so clever and amusing. There are many talented people out there. The last time I was in Amsterdam I spent all day in the Van Gogh Museum. I love his work and couldn't get enough of it.
