No mural but a painting by American artist Keith Haring (1958-1990) in the Municipal Museum in Amsterdam. His pop art and graffiti-like work grew out of the New York City street culture of the 1980's. In spring 1986 he had his first solo museum exhibition in the Municipal Museum in Amsterdam, where he also painted a mural on the museum's then storage facility.
In 1988 he was diagnosed with AIDS which led to his dead two years later.
