It is getting monotonous but our freedom of movement is limited so I keep running into the grass-cutting flock of sheep that keeps changing places. This time they stood along the canal, well protected with trellises.
They had their lambs running around and making a lot of noice with calling their little ones.
This time I noticed a stranger between them, a ram with big horns and the little one close to him was a ram too. I wonder if he is responsible for all this offspring!

That is a absolutely ingenious way to trim the grass.

That's the best way to cut the grass! I see a boat out on the water in that last photo.
BeantwoordenVerwijderenYou are probably right about the ram.
BeantwoordenVerwijderenThe travelling lawnmowers doing their job one area at a time. :)
BeantwoordenVerwijderenYou get more than grass mowed. You get to enjoy the animals.
BeantwoordenVerwijderenThe circle of life for all of the birds and the beasts continues as normal even though our life has so drastically changed.
BeantwoordenVerwijderenMuch more interesting than the type of lawnmowers with wheels!
BeantwoordenVerwijderenOh gorgeous these sheep and the goats
BeantwoordenVerwijderenBlijft altijd leuk om te zien. Echt een grote kudde met alle lammetjes erbij.
