A sign pointing to the Spakenburg Museum with a notice to the terrace behind, where we had a coffee with a very delicious "Plak" a kind of flat butter cake.
At the terrace I noticed a canvas with these ladies who had participated in the "Day of the most beautiful kraplap" in 2013".
Linking to "Signs, signs"
Kudos to them for keeping this tradition alive. :-)
BeantwoordenVerwijderenThe last one "kraplap" sounds funny in English

BeantwoordenVerwijderenWhat a perfect sign to link. I don't recall ever having plak?
BeantwoordenVerwijderenI have to wonder who was the first woman to say, let's wear these huge shoulder things, they're so attractive!
BeantwoordenVerwijderenYou always manage to discover some very unusual signs
