TV footage

Sometimes you turn around a corner and bump into an  unexpected TV footage. This was in an outletcentre in Lelystad where recordings were made for a new TV program "Krijg de kleren" (Get the clothes).

The Dutch bloggers will probably recognize Gordon and two stylists, Mari van der Ven and Maik de Boer.

The girls had to do a stiletto race to win a 10.000 Euro price for shopping in a fashion city.

I was amazed how many girls participated in the run. The race was held in the background and the public were held behind fences so I couldn't make photos of it.

    Probably just as well. I'd think it would be pretty painful to watch--all those broken heels. :-0

    All I can think of when I hear, stilleto race, is "ouch!" It must have been fun to watch though.

    I couldn't imagine so many women taking part with high heels like that, how could they run?
    It would have been fun to watch, a few laughs maybe!

    The reward at a successful race is worth the try, but heels....!

    I couldn't resist! I drove into town today from the cottage to use wifi to check email, FB, and my photo blog. Guess I cannot exist without technology; a bit disappointed in myself.

    Just 10 Euros for winning the race with Stilettos on? I wouldn't do it - not worth the risk :)
