Last week I visited the "Allard Pierson Museum" in Amsterdam with an exhibition made by a popular Dutch television show DWDD. (De Wereld Draait Door") , ( The world goes on) .Last year I had a post about the exhibition (look here) but this year photos were not allowed! So this is all I can show, the outside of the Museum.
And a sneeky blurry photo of the entrance. You can have a look at the Pop-up exhibition at their
"website here". Linking to "Our World Tuesday"
I'm sure I'd love seeing this so I will follow the links you provided. Thank you!
BeantwoordenVerwijderenStill love the concept of a pop up museum Marianne, fun way they've painted the steps up to the entrance!
BeantwoordenVerwijderenThe pop ups are very cool. I noticed we have begun using them on the steps in our Civic Center and they look really neat to see the bigger picture, standing back a ways. I shall follow your link. Thanks Marianne and have a nice day.
BeantwoordenVerwijderenThis looks fun. I'm always so disappointed when photos aren't allowed.
BeantwoordenVerwijderenI like the entrance. Isn't that just the way with some museum exhibits?
BeantwoordenVerwijderenIt is always a shame when you cannot take photos.
BeantwoordenVerwijderenI looked at your link. Pretty special exhibition. I listened to a little when Paul de Leeuw speak and the Dutch language is quite funny, it is difficult to distinguish the isolated words.
Wij gaan eind februari, hoop dat het net zo bijzonder is als de eerste!
BeantwoordenVerwijderenYes, most museums don't allow photos. Also most live performers don't allow photos.
BeantwoordenVerwijderenIk wist niet dat het al weer open was. Leuk om te zien.
BeantwoordenVerwijderenI visited their website. Interesting! Too bad they don't allow photos, but it's nice you were able to see it.
BeantwoordenVerwijderenAch! I wish they'd get over this no photos thing.
BeantwoordenVerwijderenGreat stair sign
